URGENT: Just upgraded and I still get a mail that form will get disabled

    Hi,

    I just received a mail from you as below:

    Dear vellvette, 

    You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Thursday at 12pm EST. Premium accounts are limited to 1000 submissions per month. 

    The issue is that I just upgraded to an Economy Pack on June 20th and was billed for the same via invoice number #72279596 and on top of that I was billed again today via invoice #72420514 as per premium account charges.

    Something is wrong and we really cannot afford an outage or forms being disabled. Please look into this and revert at the earliest.

    Hi,

    Your account should now be on "Economy" plan. Kindly relogin to be able to view the changes.

    I have also cancelled your latest premium charged and provided you a refund. You shouldn't be billed again with your premium subscription.
