I made the Google spreadsheet integration and everything went fine even after modifying the table (I put some colour in the columns and made some others invisible, but didn't add or clear something or changed the order). Yesterday I recognised that new entries were not pushed anymore to the spreadsheet (what after the formatting worked fine that day). So I tried to cut and reeintegrate the sheet. This was a mistake, because the reintegration opened a new sheet, so I lost all the formattings. Today I see, that the entries of yesterdays test after all found their way to the formatted table over night. So the integration was not broken, it just took a break. My question now: ist it possible to reestablish the connection between the form and the existing formatted table, which is already embeded in other site? And do you think that my (just cosmetic) customizing caused the break?

Please let us know the form id with which you are having this issue. Also it would be great if you could give us the access to your updated google spreadsheet. This will help us investigate your issue.

I believe that is not possible as each integration generates a unique spreadsheet URL. What you could do is use the google import range to add the new submission to your previous spreadsheet. Modify the speadsheet (although its cosmetic) might cause the breakage as we really do not advise modify the spreadsheet once integrated.

I have a similar issue. Our jot forms work great. The information is collected in a google spreadsheet, that works great too. But to keep track of progress of dealing with feedback to customers filling in the forms, we changed colours on the spreadsheet rows or changed font formatting on spreadsheet rows. We did not add columns or rows or change column or row orders in the spreadsheet.
What happens in my case is that with new form submissions, the colours disappear and the font formatting in the spreadsheet is re-set.
