    Hello,

    Is it possible that you are suffering server problems? The Form is loading very slowly and crashes when I want to edit anything.

    We currently do not experience any slowness or crashing on our site. Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if it works. If it doesn't work, please try using another browser like Google Chrome or reset your internet connection.

    If the issue still persist, please contact us again.

    I second that!  Jotform is proving really unreliable for me...  Cleints are complaining & I have to get them to use the much more stable and efficient: wetransfer.com for file uploads! (deeming my Jotform useless) Jotform should work in all browsers (especially firefox) so this is not really a solution is it!!!  The problem must come down to buggy code & I am now disappointed that I paid for a subscription as I will have to get a programmer to start from scratch...

    We apologize for this inconvience it has caused you. Jotform is cross browser compatible and should work without any issue in any browser. I have tested your accounts and forms in Frefox, IE , Opera and Safari but did not experience any slowdown and crashing. The reason I suggested using Google Chrome is because its lighter and faster compare to other browser.

    Hi Jefrey,
    I deleted the cache in Firefox and opened the form in Chrome. It is not working either (see the screenshot below).
    This is troubling me, as I need to be able to trust that Jotform is working in a reliable manner. In case this continues like this I will have to switch to another provider.
    Best,

    @tabtag

    Sorry but we do not have issues with JotForm stability so far. You can check our uptime status on this page: http://jotformstatus.com/

    Did you embed your form somewhere else? If yes, may we know the website URL so we can review it here? Your forms stand alone loads pretty fine here so there's no issue with it unless you are embedding the form to your page which causes some conflicts in your page or you are experiencing high traffic on your end. I would also suggest to review your network, it might be a little issue on your side.

    Here's my test with one of your form here, it loads almost instant: http://screencast.com/t/Ug0gH7Rvh

    Thanks!

    You may not have experienced any problems but I can assure that I have and so have my clients...  So I need a solution!  If I didn't I would be happily working away but am upset because I just lost a client :(

    I have little faith as I could not even upload my own picture as an Avatar using your form in my account settings...  'oops, something went wrong!' message...  tried all formats and small sizes... no, nothing.  This is totally unlrelated but nonetheless reflects what I am experiencing...
