Put the names of the people who submit the form in the email subject

    I created a different form for my client agreements but when people "submit" I receive an email from "Noreply" instead of their full name like I do with the other type of forms. How can I fix that?


    Ps: I wanted to add 2 screenshots to see what works and doesn't but it seems I can only add one screenshot.

    Hi, you can put the name of the person who submits the form in the email subject, please see this example:

    Also, set it as the sender name:

    Thank you for the swift reply. I made the changes to the form. I tried the test but I received an email from "Jotform" lol. I'll wait until I receive a newly signed agreement in the next hours to confirm if it worked.
