I have noticed that after some changes to my form, the email notifications will stop working. This is the case currently. Last time I fiddled around with it and it started working but I could not say what actually solved the issue.
i have setup teh email as per the instructions
How shoudkl i fix it now and why does this happen.

To prevent this kind of issues you need to be very careful when creating Email Alerts. You need to take in account every detail of the settings in the notifications.
For example the Sender E-mail must be setup to email@example.com, otherwise issues like yours may happen. So, please change that to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Also, be careful to no leave the default option Please Select as Sender Name. In your case your setting is correct.
