I have set up 2 signup forms in 2 different languages. Therefore, I need to send 2 autorespond emails to the respective language form, to appear to be more professional. I have looked into the "conditions". It doesn't offer a solution. What shall I do?

I can see that you have created two separate forms for each language. You can create an autoresponder for each form and edit them if you want to make changes like the language. To edit your autoresponders, here is a guide:
1. Select Setup & Embed Tab
2. Click Email Alerts
Select the Autoresponder that you want to edit.
Another window will then popup where you can edit your form to set it to your desired language/writing.

Hi, thank you for the prompt reply. But you misundertood my question. It's not about translation. I need to Auto Responder in English to send to my English signups. And I need to Auto Responder in Chinese to send to my Chinese signups.
Is there any way to set it?

As you have two seperate forms created for English and Chinese, you should be able to change the auto responder email content to be in English and Chinese language.
You just need to change the auto responder email content. Please let us know if I haven't understood your question.
