    Notification Emails Not Arriving After form Submission

    It seems that all my forms are not sending the confirmation notification via email. I have tried 3 different email addresses and 2 different domains. I am receiving the TEST notification email and the administrative registration confirmations, but the notification to the end user fails to arrive.

    I have checked your form and there is no problem with the configuration of it and also your email logs.

    Make sure that all of your form's email alerts (on each form) are set this way
    -SENDER EMAIL : noreply@jotform.com

    Have you checked your spam folder?

    Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know.
