How can I merge pages? Is there a way to duplicate multiple fields at once?

    Question #1: How can I merge pages?

    I initially set up my form to have multiple pages, but now I would prefer to merge them back into one page so that I can use section collapses instead.

    Is there a way to merge pages or remove a page break? The only option I see is to remove a page. I would rather not have to build the whole page again.

    Question #2: Is there a way to duplicate multiple fields at once? 

    My form will offer ordering options for Friday Dinner, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner, Sunday Lunch, etc. To save having to build each set of meal options over and over, is there a way that I can duplicate all the fields for Friday Dinner to populate Saturday Dinner?

    You should just delete the Page breaks on the form.

    In order to do this, you should click on the particular Page break and then click on the Remove button.
