Google sheets not populating correctly

I am using one of the available registration form templates and have integrated with google sheets.  A number of the key fields (Name, email, phone etc.) are not populating correctly. they are populating with random characters.  I have tried to remove integration and re-integrate 3 times with no change. 

This happens due to the encryption feature, currently, integrations are not supported with the encryption feature. I can see you have turned off the feature on your form so the issue should not be happening.

Unfortunately it is still happening

Note that turning off the encryption does not decrypt the data, the already received data will remain encrypted, it works with new submissions. I noticed your form is currently disabled, you may test it now and see if the new submissions are encrypted.
