Hello:
The section of my form (Dependent Information) is not showing up on the website page. What should I do to resolve this problem? Thanks.

Greetings and thank you for your message.
Please try to duplicate the field and delete the original one. Please note that removing a field from the form will also remove all related data to that field. This solution is only applicable when you don't have any submissions yet.
Let me know if this solution works for you.

work. Please provide another suggestion that will work. See my original

Hi @gtrobertson
It seems to be a JS conflict with the page where you have embedded the form, since the field is showing up within the original URL:
https://www.jotform.com/201058200363138
I suggest you try a different embedding method (refer to this guide for further information: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Embedding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page) or replace the widget by another field.
Please have a look and let us know if you still need assistance.
