I have a free account and the email address I am using for notification emails is not receiving anything. Does it have to be the address associated with the account in order to receive these?
When I test with my own account it works fine, as soon as I switch it no longer works.

Free account should not be a problem for this case. I have checked your account history, and I can see that the emails from JotForms side. Please make sure you check your spam folder and thank you don't have any filters that might automatically remove the message.
Can you please check your history as well and see if there are some notifications that are not sent? You can click here to see how to view email history.
If there are some submissions missing, please send us the submission ID from those which are missing. You can click here to see where to find the submission ID.
