I cannot get into my account. I put in an email address and never got the email from you with the log in info.

    In addition, upon checking the url of your website where the form embedded, I found out that the said forms are created under the username of nationalcredit which is using submissions@nationalcreditassociation.net as account email address.

    Yes that is correct. So is the email associated with the account the submissions@nationalcreditassocistion.net
