I paid for the Primium service and it's not working.

    Hello good dayMy name is Arthur Banfield I'm the owner of Harlem #1 laundry service and I have used your service for at less a year now , I am very upset right now because I paid for the Primium and the service isn't working and I do not want to have to right a bad yelp message about jot form service.     The issue has now been resolved. Your account is now upgraded to premium. What prevented the account to upgrade automatically was that you used the email address Xhl******u@h1ls.com rather than your Jotform username Xhleti
