These are my forms. Each participant receive new form after completeing the previous form.
Some of my participants find errors when filling up the forms, and mentioned that when they pressing the next button, it just stuch there and not going on any further.
I already tried to use "save forms to continue later" function base on the email that they give in each form (i.e. second form linked to first form, third to second and so on), but it seems that this function is not working and when they want to go back to the form agian nothing has been saved there.
Please help me on that becasue I am about to loose some of my participants,

Is your main form or any of the forms embedded somewhere else? If yes, please let us know the website URL.

May we know if you are you using the form direct link or had it embedded in a website?

Hi, Yes, I am able to replicate the same problem.
When I opened the form http://form.jotform.me/form/31302636147447?
It Keeps on loading and hangs up.
I think this is due to such a lenghty form you have. Because I waited for more then a minute and it is working fine after it is loaded - Using Chrome Browser.
Then I checked with Safari Browser and there it is working fine.
Let i will escalate this issue to our second level Support team. We will Update you once we find a solution.

Unfortunately, I have heard that besides this error some participants after answering all questions when they try to submit the form at the end, they found an error and the form could not be submitted. That is a big problem, as this is very difficult to convince them to do it again.

Can you please tell us What Error they Found After they Press Submit Button? That Will be helpfull for us to investigate further. If possible paste us a screen shot URL which shows the Error.

Here is the screem shot that one of participants sent me. It seems that some of them when trying to press next, it just says "done" on the left bottom corner.

To post a screenshot, just click on the image button and paste the URL of the image.

Hi! The reason your image is not showing is because it is located in your machine's localhost. We advise you to please upload the image in our repository here, copy the link then paste it in the Image URL. Thanks.

My users are also having issues hitting next. They are using a link posted on a Google Site - site is here: https://sites.google.com/site/azcoprequal/
It seems to be intermittently, some people can submit their form with documents, some cannot advance after hiting next, some can fill in form but cannot upload docs....very frustrating for both user and myself as this is a lenghtly form, with multiple pages.

Our developer spent some time looking at this form and noticed it has 22k lines of HTML code, and 422 fields, most of which are radio buttons with multiple options. This is hitting the upper limit of what both JotForm and one's browser/computer can handle. That's also why the save forms to continue later feature isn't working.
We recommend breaking your forms into smaller forms so that it will be much more manageable for all users' systems. If you're able, please try that and let us know if you continue to run into issues.
