How to add Page Numbers to form?

Although page numbers shown on the design, they do not show on the finished form when you view it.

Is there a way to make page numbers visible. We would like to be able to refer to certain pages etc when explaining things.

The only way to add the page number is to do it manually by adding the Paragraph field:

You need to manually add this field to every page, and then modify the text to your liking.
