The embed options code of the forms are already set by default to non-secure option.
It will only become secure submissions or use secure URL if you manually set it.
Review this guide on how to set the secure or SSL submissions
If you have embedded the form on your website, make sure the website is also not using SSL or https protocol. Usually, non-secure forms when submitted within an https page, the submissions will become secure, thus it will accumulate SSL count on your form submission.
It will also help to check this more if you can share to us the URL of your website where the form was used.
