I need to create an encryption key on this website?

We have a new jotform account and cant review information because it is encrypted. Please contact me as soon as you can.

I can see that you have enabled the form encryption on your forms. So when you enabled the Form encryption, you would have received an encryption key - a private key that you may have saved on your computer.

You will need to use that key to decrypt your data.
