Submission only contains few details

    Hello, 


    Some of my jotforms submissions aren't showing the customers' names. It's showing up with just submission in the name spot and none of the information is on the form.

    Can you please confirm if your form is embedded? If yes, please share the exact URL where the form is embedded.

    Also, kindly share to us the device and browser details used for the said submission so we can try to replicate it on our end.
