Creating a sign up form

Hello,

I'm creating a new website for a language course. Is it possible to create a website sign up form with Jotform and integrate it into our website? Also,

is it possible to track certain fields within Google Analytics, because i would like to analyse if the flow it fluently or not.

It would be possible to create a signup form using JotForm since it provides the option to send the form data via post. However, you would still need to create functionality for checking the received data and collecting the information in your database.

Also, please note that collecting any password information is strictly forbidden, and your account will be suspended if you have a password field in your form.
