I got an email that says it will disable my forms tomorrow, even though submissions are reset tomorrow as well

I hit my monthly cap of 1000 submissions today (May 31)... and it says caps reset on 1st of month. Now I got an email that says it will disable my forms Monday at 12 am (June 1st)... what the hell is going on?!? It should reset the 1000 not disable my account!?!?!?

Please get back to me asap to resolve your problems with your notifications...

I checked and the scheduled downgrade was added again for your account, even though the submission counter reset today. It seems that there was a glitch in our system. I manually removed the downgrade.
