Just to clarify, you were getting a captcha after submitting the form? If yes, can we make a test submission in your form to confirm? If you also have embedded the form, please let us know the website where the form is embedded so we can make an actual submission in it and see how it works.

I did test your form by sending a test submission and I am not able to replicate the issue. I was able to submit your form successfully and no captcha field was displayed.
I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists. You may also like to share your IP address from where you are not able to submit form, we will take a look. Please click on the following URL to know your current IP address: https://www.whatismyip.com/

When multiple submissions are sent from the same IP address, sometime the captcha is displayed to prevent SPAM.
I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists, we will escalate it to our backend team.
