Data retrieval of our forms

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

Thank you very much for providing the amaizng Jotform service. My form is frozen due to the 100 form submission limit last month. I have already changed the submission URL on my website to prevent people from filling this Jorform but for some reasons, the old URL sticks on the website (it is not Jotform's problem). The 2 affected forms are https://form.jotform.com/200883048679466 and https://form.jotform.com/201191287753457

I am very upset that those form entries are lost. There are about 4-5 submissions lost during these period, and we have no way to get back to those participants. I am writing to ask if Jotform can kindly let us retrieve their submitted data because we cannot resend our new form to those people we don't know.

It's very unfortunate that we cannot afford the premium plan, which was the reason our account has to be frozen in the first place. I sincerely hope that this kind gesture can be done to help us out of this plight. It is estimated that it is just around 4-5 submissions during the frozen period. We'd be very grateful for this. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience caused!

    Regards,

    Della

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. As we check your forms, they seems to be displaying normally. Do you mean to say that the forms were disabled due to over limit? If you are referring to the submissions not received while the forms were disabled, we are sorry that it is actually not possible to send a submission when the form is disabled. In this case, the user is required to submit the form again.

If you are referring to something different, please let us know. We will be happy to assist.
