Registration forms coming through unfilled.

Hello, our registration form is coming through with blanks for the answers. I can't tell who is booking appointments. And some of these appointments are in 2 days! 

1 came through just fine last night. Another came through as an appointment but no name. 

This is a program for Front Line workers - Nurses. I am under pressure to get this fixed.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. I suggest you set the form fields to Required to prevent people from submitting the form without a name, etc. You can also add a captcha to the form to prevent bot spamming.

OH that’s a great idea and I thank you very much! We started a new program and oh my goodness the response is a bit overwhelming but it’s all good.
