I have already been approved for an educational discount and paid for a new subscription. What’s the problem?

    After checking your account, I have found that you are currently on a monthly Silver subscription with a Non-profit discount. Your subscription has been active since May 29th, 2020

    May we please know what issues it is that you are facing?

    There doesn't seem to be any active forms on your account. If you are facing an issue with a form, please provide us with the URL of that form and a brief description of the problem at hand.
