Can't find the Shared Template

    Hello,


    I've shared my form as a template to be searched by other jotform users but it does not appear in searches. What am I doing wrong? Is there a waiting Period?

    I've created a form for other stylists at my salon to login and use for their own accounts so my submissions don't get used up by their clients and I'm only paying for my own.

    I assume you're referring to your template here https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/covid-19-consent-and-waiver. You can provide them this link.

    Your form template also appears on search https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/search/covid%2019%20consent. I suggest you update your template title and description so it would be more understandable for other users.

    Hi! That’s not the correct one. The form I’m using is card style- I linked the exact one I’m searching for in this post already and changed the name and description to hopefully cut out other search results (there can’t be a ton of Pikku in here, right?). Let me know what else we can do to make it show up for other users to copy! Thanks!

    Sorry about that. If it's a card form, you just have to add ?card parameter in the template URL. Just FYI, when you share a form, it would be both available on classic and card.
