reset my password, now all of my forms are gone!!!

    Hi, I was having trouble logging on, so I reset my password. Now my forms are all gone and it shows that I have the basic free account, I have a paid account. What happened??

    another thing I tried, the responses go to my outlook account which is dmacpherson@opeiu.org. when I click to view submissions on the email, it takes me to Jotform but pops up that I am not authorized to view it? I really need those submissions! thanks

    that's weird. my paid account is under Dana MacPherson. my email on that account should be dfmwork1@gmail.com

    Nevermind, I'm an idiot. it is under my work email, that's why I couldn't log-in originally. This email is my personal one, I guess it created an account under this email? I'm sorry to take up your time, but I am in under the other email
