I need to know when my clients click to send form where the form go because i don't know how to set up the e-mail reception!!

To send the submitted data on the form to your email please do the
Login to JotForm and open your form then,
1. Click on "Setup and Embed" tab on the form builder toolbar
2. Click on "Email Alerts"
3. Click on "Add New Email"
4. Select "Notification" option and complete the wizard.
