How can i get the list of item selected in the form in my mail once someone submit it

Hi,

If I understand your objective correctly, you want to show only the selected answer on each of the email notification.

You can make each Notifcation email unique for each target email address by enabling the Hide Empty Field on Emails.

To do this:

1. Click Setup & Embed

2. Preferrences.

3. Advance Settings
