Account Suspended due to Phishing

    Help please,

    My account has been suspended due to Phishing whilst I was testing my forms and I have no idea how this has happened - please let me know what I have done wrong and how I stand with JotForm and what if anything do I need to do to have my account reactivated. Thanks.
