When I embed the code of my form onto my website and enter the correct answers, the form does not redirect to the correct place.  It tell me that my form is disabled, when it's not.

Here is a link to my website that is in development:

    Hi! Thanks for contacting Jotform.

Your account which has the form, Traditional Cup Sign Up, has been autosuspended by our system due to very high phishing content. I can see that it only has 2 fields, Username and Password.

Using passwords in forms has been disallowed due to users abusing it for phishing purposes that's why forms like the one you made are automatically disabled by our system.

We hope for your understanding. Thanks!

All I want is a simple login area for the golf tournament users to sign in with. There is no way of creating this with Jotform?

I understand. Unfortunately, while there are lots of types of forms you can create with Jotform (contact, payment, registration, feedback, etc), login area isn't one of them. Our developers have actually removed the Password field in our Form builder due to abuse from users before.
