Where do saved templates go?

I saw there was a save as "private" option.  I did that and now I cannot find my edited template in My Forms in my account.  Where did this item go after I saved it and closed it?

You can see the private templates in your Layout Settings > Templates > My Templates.

Thank you for your assistance.  I am not seeing Layout Settings option anywhere to get to a screen that looks like your screenshot.  I have gone through every drop down menu and even did a search for it.  I am sure it is incredibly simple but I am not seeing this.  Is it because I may not have the account type for this?  I believe the account in use is Silver.  Thanks!
