Embedding problem - the JotForm start filling button way down

    On the page

    https://marshfieldorthodontics.com/medical-history-form-embed-test

    is an attempt at embedding using the code from the publish section.

    The embed has the start filling button and preview icon wayyyyyyy down the page.  It's fine once you click that button, but clearly no one is going to easily find it if they have to scroll down that far.

    The issue is with the height of the form. To fix the issue, I suggest you use page breaks (break the form into several pages) instead of dividers. The page breaks will not affect the original PDF; they will instead make it easier for your users to navigate the form.
