Is there a way to make an order form with the quantity count, single product options but not have the payment linked to it??

Is there any way to remove the payment option on an order form? I would like to accept checks and 3rd party companies for my payments but I love that it calculates the total but I can seem to find a way to disconnect the payment feature! Thank you for the help!

You can use the Purchase Order payment field.
