Appointment > Maximum Attendee Per Time Slot: Not functioning correctly

    I have told the appointment widget to let 4 families schedule an appointment. For today I have 3 families at the 10 AM slot, 3 at the 12:30 slot, but it says both are full. I have the setting that they can schedule within 0 hours, so it should let me schedule for the 4th slot for both (sending this at 8 am). I tried upping the number of slots to 5, but it still didn't show them, so I am not sure that the number of slots is the error.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form but could not find any appointment field or other widget for reservation / appointment. 

    Have you removed the widget from your form? Please explain your issue a bit more in detail and we will try to help you.

    Having similar issue - I have room for 3 people to book 1 session, however some sessions are not available to be booked by another person when only 1 person has booked the session. 

    Sometimes this is also happening when no one has booked.

    Also, for some reason, some titles of hidden fields are showing up. Not
    sure why. It doesn't show the values, though.

    I would suggest you to please remove "Rolling Days" limit from appointment field and see if that solves your problem. Please check the screenshot below:


    Please set the rolling days to "0" and all the future dates will be enabled for appointment.

    Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions. 

    On your second question: I see that you have several hidden fields in your form. Please let us know which hidden fields are being displayed in form and we will take a look.

    The hidden fields re-hid, so that is fixed.
    I changed the rolling days to 0, but all that did was open up days I don't
    want available. I want each time slot to allow 4 registrations. As a
    current example, Wednesday, June 10 has had 2 people sign up for the 12:30
    slot. At least as far as I can see in the Inbox. However, the 12:30 slot
    shows as unavailable. I changed the number to 5, which did open up the
    slot, but that makes no sense. There were 3 registrations for slots
    yesterday, and then it showed as full.
    I would like to be able to limit the number of registrations, but allow the
    4 slots.

    I was able to reproduce the described issue with the 'Maximum Attendee Per Time Slot' option.

    A bug report has been escalated to our developers. We will let you know once it is fixed.
