I've created a coupon for a subscription in my JotForm that's connected to Stripe. When the coupon code is entered, it says it's valid, but doesn't change the total cost. Then, at checkout, I get an error (see attached) and the subscritpion won't go through.
Here's the link to the JotForm: https://form.jotform.com/93025536870156
The coupon code is: PAIGEYPage URL: https://form.jotform.com/93025536870156 -

If possible, kindly try re-integrating your form with Stripe and let us know if the issue still remains?

Thanks for your reply. I reintegrated Stripe and still had the same issue.

I have checked your form and it seems the coupon was not fetched from Stripe.
To fetch the coupon, kindly go to your Additional Gateway Settings>and enable
Fetch coupons from Stripe account.
Guide:Stripe-Forms-Fetch-Coupon-Code-from-Stripe
Please check it out and let us know if the issue still remains.

Thanks, that worked when I pulled the subscriptions in from Stripe and the coupons in from Stripe.
The only issue now is that my images for each product aren't showing up. I've added them in Stripe. Am I missing something?

You would have to add the images in your Stripe integration.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
