I have created an online reservation form and am trying to block out certain dates when reservations cannot be created. I have tried adding a pop up stating that there are no seats available, but customers are still making the reservations regardless of the pop-up. Is this possible?

The work around that you linked comes back with a 402 error. I appreciate the attempt, however because I was unable to view it, I will need to figure something else out.

What are the dates or days that you'd like to blocked on your date fields so we can help you work on it? We can provide you custom scripts for this if possible so you can add it to your form source code. How to get your Form Source Code.
We'll wait your reply. Thanks!

Thank you for your response. It varies as it is dependant on when the days fill up. For example, the screen shot that I submitted is for July 10 as we have no available seats that day. Tomorrow another day may fill up, so it really just depends on how things happen. I was also attempting to block out days that we do not have service, such as July 4.

-Can you please let us know how things should work? We can help you with this, but we need to know how this should work, when or how should you want to block the date.

-We need something like this, a specific dates and or a list of dates to be block.

Welvin... if you understood what I was saying, I said... the dates vary as my time slots fill up. I need to be able to shut down a calendar date when I have no more seats available on my shuttle for a specific date. I need a calendar that I can "turn off" dates as needed. I can provide you with the current dates, but tomorrow there will be more, and the day after that and so on. If this is not something that JotForm can accomodate, please let me know and I will find a system that will instead of paying for this one. Thank you for your time.

You can only block past dates in your Date field not with custom dates.
Unfortunately that's the only built in feature we have in the Date tool.
Thanks and Regards!

Is there any resolution for this? I am needing to block out a specific date or have a solution that works similar to the reservation system but for a doctors office. I it would be nice to have a feature whrere we could select the numbers of allowed events for that day. Please advise for the best work around

Unfortunately we have not yet made any changes to this that I know of as of right now. I think that you might have better luck making a New Thread and Requesting this as a New Feature or possibly adding it to our Apps Ideas List in hopes that one of us will develop this Idea more.
Aside from that though, the closest I think we have right now is either using the Zapier Integration with your Form and Google Calendar or possibly our Booking App.

It has been a while since this thread was created, but I concur that this feature is NEEDED!!! I have the same exact need. Can JotForm Support help to escalate this through their Apps Ideas List? Pretty please, with a cherry on top!
