New Visual Report: not updating submission count.

We went through and had to delete a bunch of submissions after the new report was created. The report, however, is not reflecting the new set of submissions.

I.e. there were 100 submissions and the report was built. The report shows a chart of 100 submissions. THEN we deleted 50 submissions. The report STILL shows a chart of 100 submissions, not the 50 that are now remaining.

    Hi there, @danhusum!

I believe you're referring to this form visual report.

Can you please try to generate a new report and see if the issue persists?

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Yes, a new report has the same results. Its as though we deleted our submissions on our end, but they are still in a SQL table on your end perhaps?

    Hi again, @danhusum!

No, the SQL table on your end has nothing to do with this.

Can you please try to re-create one chart just for the sake of testing to see if it resolves the issue or not?

If not, we would be escalating this to our developers so they can have a closer look at what's going on.

We're patiently waiting for your response.

Same error. There should be 47 submissions, but in the reports, there are still 101.

I was able to replicate the issue. I have now escalated this to L2 for further investigation. We'll notify you via this ticket once we have an update.
