Form not working for June 4!!

We've been using the appointment calendar for the last week with options of Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays.  An hour ago, June 4th became UNAVAILBLE for any appointments eventhough there's still room and parameters have not been changed.

NVM - fixed it by resetting maximum daily limits....  Sorry !
