Widget for Facebook Messenger

    Hi All
    is there a way that you can embed Facebook messenger chat to a form.
    I know you can embed it into the <body> of a website, but have had no luck here.
    Would love your help.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, we don't have a widget to integrate Facebook messenger chat to a form. However, you can try to use Integromat to connect your form to Facebook Messenger. This way when you receive a submission it will trigger to send a message to your messenger: JotForm, Facebook Messenger Integrations

    Another option would be through Zapier: JotForm + Facebook Messenger Integrations

    In the meantime, I will escalate a feature request ticket for the Facebook Messenger widget, so you will be notified if there's any update regarding this request.
