With the Silver/Gold HIPAA plans, how do multiple users work?

I am looking into JotForms for a client who needs HIPAA forms, but I cannot tell how users work. Since HIPAA requires each person accessing the form data to have a user, I am confused how that works with Jotforms.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Please note that for one account there can be only one user (with one login credential).

There is an option to add sub-users on accounts and share forms and their access rights with them, but that feature is available only under JotForm Enterprise plans - https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/
