Hi Jotform support
I've really tried to work out the URL parameter for prefilling one form with the details of fields from a previous submission but it doesnt enter any data. I've provided the link to form and the url detail above. Can you see where I"m going wrong.
All I need to do is allow a second form submission to prefill with the member name and the address fields from the initial submission.
Thanks in advance.

Greetings and thank you for your message.
The problem with the provided link was in the field names. The names from the URL did not match one from the form. I have updated your link, so please test it out, and let us know if it works for you:
If the fields are not correctly filled from the first form, please send us the original form so we can take a look at it.
Thank you for your cooperation.

thank you updating the url link with the correct names. I pasted the link into my form (conditional thank you redirect) but the redirect opens a new form without any of the prefilled fields. the form link is https://form.jotform.co/93176476667877
