Cannot download file upload attached image.

I've got a file upload widget where I've uploaded a document. I now see that you can download the document (the doc name is now a link). This is great, but unfortunately it does not work, I get a 404 error on JotForm website - it appears you have to be logged in to JotForm, which obviously my users won't be.

Kindly go to your account settings https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and disable the option "Require log-in to view uploaded files" then try again.

If you want to view the submissions without logging in, you may also disable the option to  require login to see the submissions under privacy section.
