Products aren't showing

For the last month either my form wont take payments, wont show up on screen etc. At one point I had everything running and one day everything started messing up slowly. Please tell me what to do so it can work permanently. Now my products arent showing because Ive been trying to figure out the problem. Please help

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience.

I checked your form and seems like the cause of your fields disappearing is due to the current setup of your Hide/Show Field Conditional Logic.

Note that upon using the Hide/Show Field Conditional Logic, when you assign a "SHOW" action on a field, the script will initialize it as hidden.

So let's take for example the first conditional block on the screenshot above. Since the Product field is NOT equal to "Digital License Edit $35" when the form loads, every field that has a "SHOW" action in that block, would be hidden. Same goes to the rest.

My suggestion is, disable your current Conditional Logic blocks so you could see your fields, then review your conditions and try to rebuild them.
