    Can I set up a form that will close an option when it is filled?

    Asked by LCOOR on July 03, 2013 at 11:06 AM

    I would like to set up a sign-up form that would have a limit to the amount of people signing up for a certain selection with multiple areas for signup.

    For an example:

    we are needing 6 Ushers and 4 Communion Assistants and 1 Lector.  Is there a way to set up the form to not allow someone to sign-up to Usher when 6 people have signed up/filled that Usher position?

    thank you

    @LCOOR

    You can set submission limit of your form to accept only a certain number of submissions. But it won't be possible to check the count of any specific area for signup.

    You may have to create three form and set its submission limit to accept only limited submissions.

    Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks,
