I am not receiving email conformation from forms that are complete.

    this was working and stopped. a few came through again and it has stopped this has been going on for a couple weeks now. email confirmations are not going to any of the email addresses used.

    I checked your form's notification setup and don't see any issue with that. To ensure the delivery of emails, request you to please change your notification's "Sender Email" to "noreply@jotfrom.com".

    I tried this and still did not receive email confirmation. I have reverted back to my previous email address. I had been getting notifications for a while (i created the form about a year ago) and it just recently stopped so I'm not sure if the sender email was the problem.

    Please let us know the email id on which you are not receiving the emails. We will have a check.

    I have checked my spam. the emails go to bwooding@abr-nc.com but also supposed to go to the person completing the form, which will be a different domain than mine everytime.

    We apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused. I will ask you to please change the Sender Email to noreply@jotform.com and leave it thus, because that will prevent more issues. 

    I will also recommend you to whitelist our domain names:

    - jotform.com

    - email.amazonses.com

    - amazonses.com

    - jotform.co

    - secure.jotform.co

    - s3.amazonaws.com  

    - static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com
