How to replace my imported PDF without losing all my work

Hello,

I have created a form off of an imported pdf that is multiple pages long. I need to update one of these pages, but leave the others the same. 

Is there a way to switch out one of the original PDF pages without losing all of my work? I don't want to have to recreate the entire form if I can avoid it.
