Order form with integrated QR code reader

I want to design an ecommerce form where the user scans a QR code which translates into a product which the user then adds quantity and adds to basket. Is there a template for this?

Unfortunately we do not have template to achieve this but I would suggest you to please take a look at our "QR Code Reader" widget and see if that fits into your requirement. This will add a QR code scanner in form itself and show the scanned text in the textbox. 

I am not sure how you will process the payment in form. Even if the QR code reader reads the code and shows the text in textbox, you need the products to be added in form or payment tool. Do you mean to say that you want to add the products/calculation dynamically in form? Will you be listing all the products in the form's payment tool or using regular fields?

I would suggest you to please explain your requirement a bit more in detail and we will take a look if there can be any workaround to achieve your requirement.
