Can you please provide more details regarding your concern? Your post is a little too vague I'm not sure if I get what exactly it is that you're asking.
Are you having login problems? Did you forget your password or username? If you did forget your account credentials, you may have your password/username sent to you via email.
To do so:
1. Click the Forgot Password button under the sign-in form at the bottom of Jotform's homepage
2. Enter your email address, click Send Reset Instructions
3. Check your email for the reset message, then follow the steps to recover your account
