Form error>Dynamic Dropdown:incomplete value error even if the field is filled

    Hi

    I have created a form with a dynamic dropdown.

    When I hit submit on the form, it says I have not completed this dynamic dropdown question yet on a new landing page.

    I have cloned my jotform and removed the dynamic dropdown. When I hit submit on this new form, it still says I need to complete the dynamic dropdown question even though the question does not exist!

    Please help. My jotform is ready to go. It just needs this to work.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

    In this case, the error is the last condition that is missing a field, please go to settings > click on conditions > and scroll down to the bottom.

    You will see the conditions, please deleted or disable the conditions.

    Hi Carlos

    Thank you for looking into my issue.

    I have deleted the missing condition, but by form still won't execute properly.

    Here is the error message I continue to see:


    I cloned the form again and removed the Category and Class question, but I still receive this error message.


    Is this fixable or do I need to start from scratch?

    I am also able to replicate the issue on a cloned version of your form.

    I have escalated the issue to our back-end team for further investigation.
