Integration with hubspot

Hi, new form submissions are not coming over to Hubspot. I worked with Hubspot first and they say no information is coming over. could this be due to me accidentally turning on encryption?

The encryption indeed affects the integration as this adds extra security which requires for the decryption key to access the data, you will need to turn that off in order to have the submissions sent to your HubSpot integration.
